The Easiest Way to Get a Canada Visa from Denmark or Spain

When you’re planning your move to Canada, it can be difficult to figure out the best way to get into the country legally. There are a lot of visa options, and some of them are more useful than others depending on how long you’ll be staying in Canada and what you plan to do while you’re there. For example, if you plan to visit Canada temporarily on vacation or as a tourist, you’ll need a tourist visa. If you want to live and work in Canada, on the other hand, you’ll need an employment visa or an appropriate temporary work permit instead of (or in addition to) your tourist visa.

Living in Canada on a Student Visa

To live in Canada on a student visa, you’ll need to complete at least one year of full-time study. Once you have successfully completed your first year, you can apply for an extension that will allow you to stay for another year (at which point, you should be able to find work if you’d like). Alternatively, some students choose not to remain in Canada and return home after completing their studies. In that case, they can apply for a graduate work permit in order to continue working legally in Canada without officially being considered a resident. Canada Visa from Denmark

Study In Toronto On A Student Work Permit

If you’re a student in Toronto and are hoping to study on a student work permit, there are certain criteria that you must meet in order to do so. First, you must be enrolled full-time at an approved college or university and be either in your first year of study or have completed one semester. Second, if you were studying anywhere else before coming to Canada, you need prior approval from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).

Live & Work in Vancouver On A Work Permit

If you want to work in Canada, you’ll need a valid work permit. It makes little sense—both for your employer and yourself—to hire someone for full-time employment if they will only be in Canada for three months at most. So, as with any visa, getting one that allows you to live and work in Canada for an extended period of time is ideal. The best way? Apply for a permanent residency visa. Your employer can submit an application on your behalf once it has confirmed that you’re hired.

How Long Is A Work Permit?

When you arrive in Canada, you’ll first get a work permit and then after two years, you can apply for permanent residency. As an employee, your employer applies for your work permit on your behalf, through Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC). You don’t need to do anything at all in order to receive it. When it comes time for renewal (after one year), if you have been working full-time during that period, it’s as simple as submitting proof of employment with HRSDC and receiving your renewed work permit automatically. Applying For A Canadian PR

Canada has one of the easiest and most efficient immigration systems in place. Anyone who falls into one of Canada’s eligible classes—the Canadian Experience Class. Federal Skilled Worker Class, Federal Skilled Trades Class. Or Canadian Provincial Nominee Program—can apply for Permanent Residence without ever setting foot in Canada. That’s right! You can get your Canada PR just by filling out a few forms and sending them off to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). If you happen to fall into one of these categories but are currently living outside of Canada, you will have to come back home first (yes, we know it stinks), but once you’re here you can proceed with your application.

Go Back To Your Home Country and Apply for Canadian Citizenship

Once you become a Canadian citizen, your visa situation will remain unchanged. This means that you’ll still be able to visit and work in Canada as much as you like without any hassle at all. A common misconception is that if you become an ex-pat, moving outside of Canada could make it harder for you to return; however, it doesn’t have any effect on getting Canadian citizenship.
